We’ve launched our customised Bloom platform for members of Bumble and Badoo who report abuse.
Last year, we announced an industry-first partnership with Bumble Inc. to bring our remote trauma support service Bloom to their community. Since then, we’ve been working closely with Bumble to understand their members’ needs and build a customised Bloom programme especially for them. Following extensive user research and a successful pilot, we are so excited that the service is now live!
The offering is now available to members on Bumble Inc.’s dating platforms: Bumble and Badoo. It is currently available in English and Spanish, and will be expanded to French, Hindi, Portuguese and Urdu later this year.
